This easy style villa in mallorca is ideal for families who enjoy peace and their own pool, but like to be walking distance to beaches, restaurants
and shops and if you explore a little, there's even a short cut down to the port via a (quite steep) flight of steps.
The accommodation , conveniently arranged on one floor is ideal for families or couples who like a little extra space. The open plan living area is comfortably furnished with a sofa and amrchairs and dining table.
Leading off is the bright kitchen well equipped with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.
All three bedrooms are bright and airy. The double and one twin bedroom share a family bathroom, whilst the second twin has a smart shower room ensuite.
Although there are no direct sea views, if you listen carefully it's possible to hear the sea as it's really not far away through the pine forest behind the Villa ‘as the crow flies' and even by foot it's no more 150m walk, by road and footpath to a small sandy cove. The lovely beaches of the Cala Mondrago National park are just 3 kms away and along the way there are 2 further pretty bays.
